CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable and will be charged the full service fee. • If you do not show up for your appointment, the full fee will also be charged. • We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
